Incorporated on January 1, 1981, by the husband/wife partnership of Jones Construction.

C. Edward Jones & Co., Inc. is a closely held Corporation, with authorized capital consisting of 500,000 shares common stock. On May 6, 1982 the Corporation met the qualifications for a Female Owned Minority Business with fifty one percent (51%) of the capital stock belonging to Winnie P. Jones. The Corporation holds a Class "B” Building License (#401694) issued by the State of California. Winnie P. Jones and C. Edward Jones both hold individual Contractors Licenses with the State of California.

We take pride in the fact we are able to develop Commercial, Professional and Industrial projects from their concept to their completion. We are able to offer help with development planning, cost control and overall supervision.

We have an excellent rapport with City, County and State inspectors in regard to codes, rules, regulations, ordinances including CAL/OSHA and OSHPD. Our up to date office procedures include preparing contacts, proposals, lien releases, invoices, vouchers, payroll, general ledger and financial reports. Independent accountants verify all records twice a year in addition to using an established Corporate attorney.

We have handled jobs as large as Three Million Dollars. We are experts in building Medical Buildings, Banks, and Auto Dealerships.
